we were still having thanksgiving dinner, and the boys disappeared. they were in the living room having some sort of gladiator battle, using the toy box lids as shields.

thanksgiving 2010 [47 photos] another year, another salmon dinner for thanksgiving in lake oswego. sequoia helped make two pumpkin pies. nick helped make a huge apple pie & whipped cream. rachel made salmon, zucchini & mashed potatoes. we separated dinner from dessert with violin music, banjo music, shel silverstein poetry c/o nick, and a freezing flashlight walk through the woods to nick's school garden. the boys tried to calm down for bed by playing connect four, but it didn't really work.
