"that says four, that says two" PC020186

i took this photo to remind myself that today was the first time i observed sequoia matching symbols with meaning, he was pointing to the number 4 on the pod there and saying “that says four”, and then to the number 2 on the ship saying “that says two”. a day or two later in the library, we were in the DVD section and he walked up to a multi-disc TV series and counted the numbers on the DVDs backwards - “that says five, that says four, that says three, that says two, that says one.” -- i'd be even more impressed except this is how his favorite tv show opens - counting backwards from five with big numbers on the screen.
