baby buddha - new kitten september 2009 [11 photos] rachel came home with a mysterious box this week. when the boys opened it, a kitten was inside!

rachel had raised the idea of bringing home an orphan feral newborn kitten, but ended up with an eight week old kitten from craigslist.

its a boy, with no name yet [update: named baby buddha on saturday september 5, 2009]. the kids didn't have any name suggestions. we're toying with the idea of a character from the program Space Ghost Coast to Coast, as our older (and somewhat hostile) cat is named SpaceGhost.
