suddenly for sale in north coastal san diego / encinitas [15 photos] when jogging near my parents' house in encinitas, california, the same trend tends to distract my attention and make me turn on the cell-phone-camera -- every other home on the block seems to be for sale -- that is, if its not already foreclosed and bank owned or a new construction project that was abruptly terminated, leaving cement foundations idling on dustry construction sites.
i couldn't get over the blatant signs everywhere, but anna was kind enough to point out there are other vacant homes that do not advertise so loudly - some just have lock-boxes or are on and off the market in alternate weeks.
i especially enjoyed the real estate business that named itself with the word “premiere”, it seems like the wrong choice of words, but i suppose you could rationalize it to be intentional.
