sequoia is going through a phase where he's obsessively interested in storm drains, and putting things into them -- particularly pine cones. our daily walk routine includes a lot of pine-cone gathering, and then he runs to find a storm drain and drops, shoves, and stomps his collected pine cones into the puddle underneath the storm drain. it seems to be his purpose in life at the moment.
