Taste like asparagus


Paul Germanos: tops, eh? flowers unopened? how did you cook them?
noromdiam: I sauteed them in olive oil with salt and pepper. Very faint garlic flavor, slightly more fibrous than asparagus, might not work well with blended soups but could substitute for asparagus in most situations. They reheated well too.
