Okiciyap Quilt Trip, August 2013 [307 photos] The Daily Kos Quilt Guild made a quilt, auctioned it off at Daily Kos and raised $11,000 in donations for the Okiciyap Food Pantry in Isabel, South Dakota on the Cheyenne River Reservation. Betsy Campisi and I flew to Rapid City and drove 3 hours to the rez to present the quilt at a memorial powwow for Georgia Little Shield, the found of Okiciyap.
