snake handler: I wish I could have beeen there to save this Northern Pacific Rattlesnke. I bet you guys killed it. If you have some questions, Ive got answers to lighten the fear load. This is a beautiful snake and I'd hope it could live.

Neeta Lind: Pretty sure no one even thought of killing it. I mainly let people know it was there so they wouldn't get bitten. We tried to shoo it back into the grass. It didn't like that.

Sawyer Camp Trail in San Mateo, CA [36 photos] Saw a rattlesnake on my walk today!

Funny thing is I couldn't get my heart rate to go over 105 no matter how fast I walked until I saw the snake. Then my HR jumped to 130 so I jumped on the trail and race walked for 4 miles keeping my HR at 130. LOL.
