Neeta: You are gorgeous as ever + exude happiness and joy. Sending you my best!
Am I going to see you this year at NN11? I've missed you.
I love reading about your workouts at Facebook. A gurl after my own heart.
Max HR today 168, average HR 138 for one hr. My human spin cycle.
Hoping for longevity but there's a thin line between that and croaking tomorrow.
;)
Just trying to stem the tide + stay as healthy as I can. Your HR is low…very nice. Mine is still higher than I'd like when I'm running -- my father survived a heart attack a few years back. Although he's in his 70's, I'm trying to pay attention to that + so I exercise + try to eat right (at least 80% of the time ;-); meditate and do yoga + qigong, etc.
Whatever you're doing, it working because you look wonderful + always exude a happy quality. Thanks for asking about NN11; not sure I'll be going. I have been out of the political advocay loop now for a bit by choice. Actually just starting to blog again (on 'Stressing Fitness') after taking a year off last year. The 5 year push on the combat PTSD issue was very rewarding work, but intense, exhausting and I'm happy to start a new chapter.
Sending you my best, always..
