The Day After: Turkey Carcass Soup
Plate closest to camera is inedible bones, the next plate is the “meat nearest the bone” and in the pan is the remaining vege and stock, a lovely gelatinous stock.

Thanksgiving 2010 [72 photos] Jeff's nephew Joseph Weagel, a grad student at Berkeley joined us for an early dinner. His blessing on the food was in Chinese where he served his mission for the LDS Church.

I prepared a Heritage Turkey this year. Extremely lean flavorful.
