Turned the broiler on to just start getting the top brown and got distracted. At least I got there before it got too bad. Still tasted great.

The bird was cooked breast down for two hours and then turned over for the last 1/2 hr. of cooking.

Thanksgiving 2010 [72 photos] Jeff's nephew Joseph Weagel, a grad student at Berkeley joined us for an early dinner. His blessing on the food was in Chinese where he served his mission for the LDS Church.
