The white stripes make it look like a bad cut and paste, but I was really there and ran 6 miles before taking the DNF. On track for 1:30, high hamstring started talking and I went with STOP rather than reset to no running for six months again. Sigh.

Ride Across California training continues with the fifth grader. Here's one of many small bridge crossings we had on today's chilly loop around the San Diego bay.

Seven years ago, pulled him along behind the bike a mile at a time. Now, training to Ride Across California together.
