4k ride, almost 1k run, and one snorkel outing. That's a wrap on 2018. 400 hours Ten work weeks of working out??

The white stripes make it look like a bad cut and paste, but I was really there and ran 6 miles before taking the DNF. On track for 1:30, high hamstring started talking and I went with STOP rather than reset to no running for six months again. Sigh.
