After a week off, my Garmin taunted me with this. Training load was pretty low but I was well rested! #garmin #trainingload #restdays #taunting @garminfitness

Year end stats, as I'll be resting a bit now. I can see the rest days (usually Friday and Monday), New Zealand trip, schedule consistency. 504 miles, 58 hours, and 0.2 mph more than 2016.
