Administered and improved a diverse departmental network serving 250 local and remote users and 120 machines. Established and maintained three web servers. Identified and implemented solutions to meet client needs, including a large-scale network redesign, bandwidth expansion, and a departmental help-desk. Instructed faculty, students, and staff in networked information literacy. Supervised two PAI programmer-analysts. 1994-1995.
