Same as the flow command except that the default setting for new
windows is changed. Initial setting is `auto'.
Specifying flow auto interrupt has the same effect as the
command-line options `-fa' and `-i'.
Note that if `interrupt' is enabled, all existing displays are
changed immediately to forward interrupt signals.
(C-a f, C-a C-f)
Sets the flow-control mode for this window to fstate, which can be
`on', `off' or `auto'.
Without parameters it cycles the current window's
flow-control setting. Default is set by `defflow'.
