Things which helped us:
1) feed him more. The bottle/formula is a fine way to fill him up with more food.
2) Layer more clothing - Matt was cold.
3) Change that diaper.
4) Matt can not fight the Bjorn yet, 'tho he is getting stronger and does not fall asleep quite as quickly.
5) Take turns, and when it is not your turn, try to get away.
6) Swaddle, tightly
7) Give him a bath; Matt is soothed by the process
8) Rock in the swing, in the arms, in a rocking chair
9) SHHHHHH loudly, in theory to match the sound he was familiar with for ~9 months
