Comments:

~Yogini~Astra*: I have never tried beet borscht but I can see here it's delicous
Neeta Lind: I wish I had video recorded the happy dance. I just performed it for Mango while recounting Sequoia greeting Dude's numerous arrivals home.
FibroLady: Lucky! I love beets, but I'm the only one in my family who will eat them in any shape, form or fashion. (AND, I love them in any shape, form or fashion. ) Oh well…more for me. It seems my daughter simply has an aversion to ANY red foods.
sean dreilinger: we've been alternating between beet borscht and carrot soup for a few iterations now, and sequoia often refers to them by color alone - “red soup” and “orange soup” - he can pronounce the more precise names but i think i'll have to start making butternut squash soup and red pepper soup before he bothers with any distinctions.
~Yogini~Astra*: I love carrot soup and pumpkin soup is also very yummy
