vegan sourdough waffles [9 photos] anna sent me a new waffle maker for xmas, and she also overnighted her sourdough starter and complete instructions for feeding the sourdough and making waffles the next day. rachel made the actual waffles, handling all of the chemistry and precise measurements to produce excellent waffles.
