this deer is standing in the same spot where two deer stopped and demonstrated a funny butt-licking ritual a few years ago.
rachel spotted a young male deer sleeping in our backyard this morning. no idea how it could sleep with the garbage collection going on a few streets away and our kids waking up and getting noisy. it started looking around when the garbage trucks got onto our street and eventually wandered off. copyright © 2007 sean dreilinger
