My brilliant idea turned out not so good due to the overjuiciness of peaches. The pink pool of fluid is an amalgam of peach juice (excreted by the fresh peach slices), passion fruit seeds, tapioca starch thickener, and white chocolate. It's a rather tasty soup garnished by pastry and peach slices.
